Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar picante sauce
  • 1 cup Colby Jack cheese
  • 3 cans Mexican corn
  • 1 stick butter

Instructions

  1. Melt the cream cheese and butter together in a saucepan or microwave.
  2. Add the Mexican corn, picante sauce, and 1/2 cup of Colby Jack cheese to the melted mixture. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  4. Top with the remaining cheese.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm with corn chips.
