Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. dessert shells
  • 1 bag or pint blueberries
  • 1 bag or pint raspberries
  • 1 qt. whipping cream
  • handful of powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Rinse fruit and drain.
  2. Whip cream until almost peaking. Gradually add powdered sugar.
  3. Do not overwhip.
  4. Begin with layer of dessert shells.
  5. Spoon on layer of fruit.
  6. Cover with whipped cream.
  7. Repeat until all ingredients are used or large bowl is full (usually 2 to 3 layers).
  8. Chill and serve.
