Ingredients

  • 1 qt. heavy cream
  • 1/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream with an electric mixer on high speed in a large cold mixing bowl for about 2 minutes.
  2. The colder the bowl, the better and faster the cream will thicken.
  3. Add the sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg and beat again until the mixture thickens and forms stiff peaks.
