Ingredients

  • 20 oz. can chunk pineapple, drained
  • 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 8 oz. plain yogurt
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1 apple, cored and sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook the drained pineapple and mandarin orange liquids with the cornstarch until thick, then allow to cool.
  2. Combine the plain yogurt, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Add the cooled thickened fruit liquid to the yogurt mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Stir in the drained pineapple, mandarin oranges, grapes, sliced banana, and cored sliced apple.
  5. Chill the fruit yogurt salad before serving. Feel free to add different kinds of fruits for variety.
