Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 envelope Ranch dressing
  • 3/4 c. Miracle Whip
  • 3/4 c. Monterey Jack cheese
  • 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 green pepper, chopped fine
  • 3/4 c. green onion, chopped
  • 3/4 c. carrots, chopped fine
  • 3/4 c. mushrooms, chopped fine
  • 3/4 c. broccoli, chopped fine

Instructions

  1. Spray a large cookie sheet or large pizza pan with Pam.
  2. Spread crescent rolls on the sheet to make a crust.
  3. Bake for 7 minutes at 350°F.
  4. Allow to cool.
  5. Mix together cream cheese, Ranch dressing, and Miracle Whip until smooth.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly on the cooled crust.
  7. Sprinkle chopped vegetables on top of the spread.
  8. Cover with shredded cheese or a combination of cheeses.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator.
  10. Cut into squares and serve.
