Fruity Coolers are refreshing, fruit-packed beverages perfect for hot days or gatherings, combining sweet strawberries, bananas, peaches, and a hint of vanilla yogurt for a creamy, bubbly treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 peeled peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Place 1 cup strawberries, half of the bananas, half of the peaches, 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup apple juice, and 1/2 cup sparkling water in a blender.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. Pour into a tall glass.
  4. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
