Fruity White Chocolate Bars

- Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease a 7x11 inch rimmed baking tray and line base and 2 long sides with parchment paper, extending paper 2 inches over sides.
- Combine nuts, coconut, dried fruit and flour in a large bowl. Stir in warm melted chocolate, jam and honey. Transfer to prepared pan and bake for 45 mins. Let cool in pan then cut into pieces to serve.
