Ingredients

  • 6 fry bread
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 cup grated mild cheese

Instructions

  1. Split the fry bread into thin halves.
  2. Caramelize the sugar in a pan; add water to make a syrup.
  3. Layer the fry bread, raisins, and grated cheese in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the syrup over the layered bread mixture.
