Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 small pkg. dates, chopped
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 to 2 1/2 c. Rice Krispies
  • 2 c. coconut
  • nuts (if desired)

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a pan.
  2. Add beaten eggs, sugar, and chopped dates. Cook until dates are soft.
  3. Remove from heat and add vanilla, rice Krispies, and nuts if desired.
  4. Mix well until combined.
