Fudge Caramel Cake
Decadent fudge caramel cake combines rich chocolate, smooth caramel, and crunchy nuts for a delightful dessert perfect for celebrations or special occasions.

- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray.
- Pour 2 cups of cake mix into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from oven.
- In a medium saucepan, blend 1/2 cup butter, 14 oz. condensed milk, and 14 oz. bag of caramels over low to medium heat.
- Stir until melted and smooth.
- Pour the caramel mixture over the baked layer in the pan.
- Pour the remaining cake mix over the caramel layer.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts on top, if using.
- Bake for an additional 30 to 35 minutes or until the center springs back when touched.
