Ingredients

  • 4 c. grated raw zucchini
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Mix grated zucchini, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, flour, sugar, salt, egg, and enough milk to moisten the mixture.
  2. Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil to form patties.
  4. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Drain on paper towels before serving.
