Ingredients

  • 1 oz. baking chocolate
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • dash of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate and margarine over low-medium heat.
  2. Add sugar, flour, beaten eggs, vanilla, and salt to the melted mixture.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 9-inch pie pan.
  4. Top the batter with pecan pieces.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  6. Let the pie cool slightly before serving.
  7. Serve with a dollop of ice cream if desired.
