Ingredients

  • 2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. pineapple juice
  • 4 large bananas
  • 12 oz. strawberries
  • 1 1/4 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. crushed walnuts
