Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. sifted cake flour

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add egg yolks, vanilla, and flour; blend until smooth.
  3. Roll into balls the size of a hickory nut.
  4. Place on a cookie sheet.
  5. Make a depression with your finger in the center of each ball.
  6. Fill the depression with jelly.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes at 375°F.
