Ingredients

- 1 lb. goose breast, cubed ⓘ
- 1 lb. duck breast, cubed ⓘ
- 1 onion, sliced ⓘ
- 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 3 carrots, peeled and cut into strips
- 3 stalks celery (and leaves), chopped ⓘ
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped ⓘ
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce ⓘ
- salt and pepper to taste ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. parsley ⓘ
- 1 tsp. garlic salt ⓘ
- 1 tsp. oregano ⓘ
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can beef bouillon ⓘ
Instructions
- You may use all duck or all goose. Venison, beef or chicken can be used.
