Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 lb. goose breast, cubed
  • 1 lb. duck breast, cubed
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 3 carrots, peeled and cut into strips
  • 3 stalks celery (and leaves), chopped
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can beef bouillon

Instructions

  1. You may use all duck or all goose. Venison, beef or chicken can be used.
