Instructions
- Combine egg yolks, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, olive oil and garlic cloves.
- Let set 1/2 hour.
- Cool before serving. Pour over ripped romaine lettuce.
- Add croutons, grated Parmesan or Romano cheese and black pepper.
