Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 4 to 6 garlic cloves, chopped
  • ripped romaine lettuce
  • croutons
  • grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine egg yolks, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, olive oil and garlic cloves.
  2. Let set 1/2 hour.
  3. Cool before serving. Pour over ripped romaine lettuce.
  4. Add croutons, grated Parmesan or Romano cheese and black pepper.
