Gail's Jello is a delightful layered dessert combining citrusy lemon Jell-O with creamy, nutty, and fruity toppings, perfect for gatherings and those craving a sweet, tangy treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 small lemon Jell-O
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar maraschino cherries
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix lemon Jell-O with boiling water and chill until half set.
  2. Whip the whipping cream and cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add the whipped mixture, maraschino cherries, and drained crushed pineapple to the partially set Jell-O and stir gently.
  4. Pour the mixture into a serving dish and chill until fully set.
  5. Top with chopped nuts before serving.
