Instructions
- Cut up enough vegetables to make a potful.
- Cook and drain. Add remaining ingredients.
- Mix together well and put in baking dish.
- Top with bread crumbs and 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
