Ingredients

  • 1 large head cabbage
  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cups Minute rice
  • 1 package Lipton onion soup mix
  • 3 cans tomato soup
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Core the cabbage and steam it by placing the cabbage in a large bowl with water.
  2. Microwave the cabbage on High for 10 minutes until the leaves are workable.
  3. Remove the cabbage, separate the leaves, and prepare for stuffing.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Minute rice, Lipton onion soup mix, eggs, and any other seasonings desired.
  5. Wrap the beef mixture in the cabbage leaves, forming rolls.
  6. Place the stuffed cabbage rolls in a baking dish and pour the tomato soup over them.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 40 minutes, until cooked through and bubbly.
