- Core the cabbage and steam it by placing the cabbage in a large bowl with water.
- Microwave the cabbage on High for 10 minutes until the leaves are workable.
- Remove the cabbage, separate the leaves, and prepare for stuffing.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Minute rice, Lipton onion soup mix, eggs, and any other seasonings desired.
- Wrap the beef mixture in the cabbage leaves, forming rolls.
- Place the stuffed cabbage rolls in a baking dish and pour the tomato soup over them.
