Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can garbanzos and juice
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except chopped onion, in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a bowl and add chopped onion.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve on bread or crackers.
