Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1 lb. thin spaghetti

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of water, adding a few shakes of salt and a drop of olive oil.
  2. Crush the garlic cloves or slice them paper thin into a skillet containing the olive oil.
  3. Cook the spaghetti until al dente, then drain.
  4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with garlic and olive oil, toss well.
  5. Stir in parsley flakes, salt, and pepper to taste, and serve.
