Ingredients

  • 4 medium cucumbers
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Peel and thinly slice the cucumbers and onions.
  2. Mix together the vinegar and milk in a bowl.
  3. Pour the vinegar-milk mixture over the sliced cucumbers and onions.
  4. Add sugar, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
