Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 can mandarin oranges
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 large box vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 8-inch round cake pans.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, blended mandarin oranges, eggs, and oil. Mix until well blended.
  3. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared cake pans.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Remove the cakes from the oven and allow to cool completely before frosting or serving.
