Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 2 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Reserve 1 cup of chopped nuts for rolling the cheese ball.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients: cream cheese, chopped onion, seasoned salt, garlic salt, chopped green pepper, drained crushed pineapple, and the remaining nuts.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball.
  4. Roll the cheese ball in the reserved nuts to coat evenly.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
