Instructions
- Blend eggs, cream, and salt together.
- Gradually add sifted flour and work it into the mixture until the dough is stiff.
- Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll each very thin on a lightly floured board.
- Let the rolled sheets stand in air on a cloth to dry.
- Turn the sheets every 15 minutes until the edges start to crack slightly.
- Stack the 4 sheets on top of each other.
- Roll the stacked sheets tightly in jelly roll fashion.
- Slice the roll into thick or thin strips as desired.
- Cut the strips down the middle after slicing.
- Boil in salted, oiled water until tender, about 10 minutes.
