Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Duncan Hines Deluxe Swiss chocolate cake mix
  • 1 c. chopped almonds
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. Crisco oil or Puritan oil
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • 2 c. chopped firm ripe bananas

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a 10-inch tube pan.
  3. Mix the cake ingredients as per the recipe instructions and pour into the prepared pan.
  4. Bake for approximately 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Allow to cool before removing from the pan and serving.
