Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. hot roll mix
  • 1 small head cabbage
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef

Instructions

  1. Prepare the hot roll mix according to the package directions.
  2. Brown the ground beef and drain well.
  3. Layer leaves of cabbage over the cooked ground beef in a baking dish or skillet.
  4. Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup water to the dish.
  5. Cover and cook until the cabbage is tender.
  6. Cut up the cooked cabbage and mix it into the ground beef before serving.
