Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. vermicelli
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/4 to 1/2 lb. bacon, chopped
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 8 hot dogs or favorite sausage or wiener
  • 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook and drain the vermicelli noodles.
  2. Brown and cook the chopped bacon and chopped onion.
  3. Add the cooked bacon and onion to the noodles.
  4. Stir in the Cheddar cheese and tomato sauce with one can of water, then transfer to a baking dish.
  5. Top with hot dogs or sausages and bake at 350°F for approximately 1 hour.
