A savory rolled bread filled with layers of ham, salami, pepper loaf, and cheeses, perfect for sharing at parties or casual gatherings with rich, meaty flavors.

Ingredients

  • 2 loaves frozen bread dough
  • 3/4 lb. ham
  • 1/2 lb. Genoa salami
  • 3/4 lb. pepper loaf
  • 1/2 lb. American cheese
  • 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 lb. Provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Let bread rise as directed on package.
  2. Cut each loaf in two.
  3. Roll each piece into a flat oblong, about 10 x 12 inches.
  4. Layer, alternating meat and cheese, until all ingredients are used and all four pieces of bread are covered.
  5. Roll up like a jelly roll.
  6. Tuck ends under and serve.
