Ingredients

  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped onions
  • 1 (53 oz.) can pork and beans
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Fry bacon until crisp; reserve 2 tablespoons bacon grease in pan.
  3. Crumble bacon; set aside. Saute onions in bacon drippings until tender.
  4. Combine all ingredients in a 3-quart casserole dish.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
