Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup graham crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
  • 1 (14 oz) can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon or orange rind

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter.
  3. Stir in the graham crumbs and sugar.
  4. Pat the mixture firmly onto the bottom of a buttered 9-inch spring-form pan.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  6. Gradually add the Eagle Brand milk, mixing well.
  7. Add the flour, eggs, vanilla, and grated lemon or orange rind; beat until smooth.
  8. Pour the filling over the crust.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes or until set.
  10. Cool completely before removing from the spring-form pan and serving.
