Instructions
- Slice cucumbers as thin as possible by hand or in a food processor.
- Slice onions into rings.
- Tear up parsley sprigs.
- Sprinkle salt over all and stir well.
- Add 3 or 4 ice cubes to the mixture.
- Cover and let set for several hours.
- Drain in a colander and rinse with cold water.
- Drain very well before serving.
