Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion and celery into small pieces.
  2. Blend all ingredients in a blender or processor at medium speed for 2 minutes.
  3. Refrigerate the dressing before serving.
  4. Will keep for 1 week.
