Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 3/4 cup crushed gingersnap cookies
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 can fruit cocktail

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter.
  2. Stir in crushed gingersnap cookies and sugar.
  3. Divide half of the cookie mixture among 4 individual dessert dishes.
  4. Spoon fruit cocktail on top of the cookie mixture.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cookie mixture over the fruit.
