Ingredients

  • 1 c. lo-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
  • 1/4 c. grated onion
  • 1/4 c. water chestnuts
  • 2 Tbsp. minced crystallized ginger
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 1/4 tsp. soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Stir well until blended.
  2. Chill at least 4 hours or overnight.
