  • 1 c. margarine
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • dash of salt
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. ginger
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 5 1/2 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Mix brown sugar, margarine, milk, eggs, and salt together.
  2. Stir in cinnamon, ginger, baking soda, and flour until well combined.
  3. Bake in a greased and floured cake pan at 350° for approximately 35 minutes or until done.
