Ingredients

  • 1 head white cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon dry ginger
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Shred the white cabbage, discarding tough outer leaves.
  2. Add grated carrot and julienned red onion to the cabbage.
  3. Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, dry ginger, dry mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss the cabbage mixture with the dressing until well coated.
  5. Refrigerate the coleslaw and serve cold.
