- Cut carrots into 2-inch pieces.
- In a pot, combine carrots, 3/4 cup water, 2 tablespoons water, brown sugar, beef bouillon, and a dash of pepper.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat to simmer.
- Cover and cook until carrots are tender, about 25 minutes.
- Remove carrots from the pot and boil the remaining liquid rapidly to reduce to a glaze consistency.
- Add carrots back into the glaze and turn to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
