Ingredients

  • 2 lb. chicken parts
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of vegetable, chicken, celery or mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Arrange chicken parts in a single layer (skin-side down) in a shallow baking dish.
  2. Dribble melted butter over the chicken.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes at 400°F.
  4. Turn the chicken pieces over.
  5. Bake for an additional 20 minutes.
  6. Stir the condensed soup and pour it over the chicken.
  7. Sprinkle minced parsley on top.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes more until cooked through.
