Instructions
- Stir thoroughly the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt.
- Combine egg, sour cream and oil.
- Add to dry ingredients; stir just until blended.
- Preheat corn stick pans; grease generously.
- Fill pans 2/3 full.
- Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.
