Ingredients

  • 29 oz. can mixed vegetables, undrained
  • 16 oz. can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 c. tomato juice
  • 10 3/4 oz. cans cream of potato soup
  • 1 envelope beefy onion dry soup mix
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. old-fashioned pepper sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except pepper sauce in a large pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes.
  3. Stir in pepper sauce before serving.
