Ingredients

  • round steak
  • 2 onions
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 package brown gravy mix
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Line a foil-lined pan with foil.
  3. Place the round steak in the prepared pan and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add garlic salt if desired.
  5. Arrange the cut onions, potatoes, and celery around the steak.
  6. Mix the brown gravy mix with 1 1/2 cups of water.
  7. Pour the gravy mixture over the ingredients in the pan.
  8. Cover the pan with foil.
  9. Bake for 35 minutes until the steak is cooked and vegetables are tender.
