Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan or microwave.
  2. Add sugar, eggs, flour, cocoa, and vanilla to the melted butter.
  3. Mix well until the batter is smooth and homogeneous.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 8-inch pan.
  5. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 30 to 35 minutes.
  6. Allow the brownies to cool, then sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
