Ingredients

  • 10 1/2 oz. can mushroom soup
  • 10 1/2 oz. can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 4 oz. can jalapenos
  • chopped onion
  • 6 to 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag Doritos
  • 2 cups chopped turkey

Instructions

  1. Mix mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, milk, jalapenos, chopped onion, grated cheddar cheese, and chopped turkey in a bowl.
  2. Heat the mixture until warmed through.
  3. Layer chips in a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish.
  4. Pour half of the soup mixture over the chips and add a layer of cheese.
  5. Repeat the layers: chips, soup mixture, and cheese, ending with cheese on top.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  7. This casserole can be assembled and frozen before baking for convenience.
