- Take thawed frozen rolls and cut each one in half.
- Pat each piece down to 1-inch thickness.
- Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan, Bundt pan, or angel food cake pan.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl.
- Roll each piece of dough in the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
- Place each coated piece into the prepared pan.
- Mix melted butter, butterscotch pudding, vanilla, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon together.
- Spoon the mixture evenly over the rolls.
- Let the rolls rise for 1 hour or longer until they double in size.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
