Ingredients

  • 2 packages frozen rolls
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 small package butterscotch pudding (not instant)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Take thawed frozen rolls and cut each one in half.
  2. Pat each piece down to 1-inch thickness.
  3. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan, Bundt pan, or angel food cake pan.
  4. Mix sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl.
  5. Roll each piece of dough in the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
  6. Place each coated piece into the prepared pan.
  7. Mix melted butter, butterscotch pudding, vanilla, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon together.
  8. Spoon the mixture evenly over the rolls.
  9. Let the rolls rise for 1 hour or longer until they double in size.
  10. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
