Ingredients

  • 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c. grated onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (10 oz.) grape jelly
  • 1 jar chile sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the jelly and chile sauce in a mixing bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into walnut-sized meatballs.
  3. Brown the meatballs in a skillet or bake in the oven until cooked through.
  4. Drain the meatballs well.
  5. In a saucepan, heat the grape jelly and chile sauce over medium heat and simmer, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add the cooked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for about 30 minutes before serving.
