- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Press perforations on the crescent roll dough with fingers to seal and form a solid rectangle.
- Remove casing from the gouda cheese and place it in the center of the dough.
- Spread apricot preserves over the cheese.
- Fold the dough around the cheese and preserves to enclose completely.
- Brush the top of the dough with beaten egg white.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
