Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. graham crackers
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • maraschino cherries
  • 1/2 lb. chopped dates
  • 1/2 lb. marshmallows, diced
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Roll the graham crackers into fine crumbs.
  2. Combine chopped nuts, lemon juice, chopped dates, diced marshmallows, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add whipped cream to the mixture if it appears too dry.
  4. Form the mixture into a roll, then roll it in wax paper.
  5. Let the roll stand in the refrigerator overnight.
  6. Slice into pieces and serve with whipped cream and maraschino cherry on top.
