- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray.
- Beat the eggs in a large mixing bowl.
- Add Heinz 57 sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, salt, and pepper to the eggs and mix well.
- Stir in approximately 2 cups of cornflake crumbs until combined.
- Add the ground beef to the mixture and mix it thoroughly with your hands.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and shape into a loaf.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1.5 hours.
