Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 8 oz. Heinz 57 sauce
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 14 oz. ketchup
  • 2 cups cornflake crumbs
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray.
  3. Beat the eggs in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add Heinz 57 sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, salt, and pepper to the eggs and mix well.
  5. Stir in approximately 2 cups of cornflake crumbs until combined.
  6. Add the ground beef to the mixture and mix it thoroughly with your hands.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and shape into a loaf.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1.5 hours.
