Ingredients

  • 2 cans flaky biscuits
  • 1 lb ground beef or sausage
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 (6 oz) cans tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef or sausage with chopped onion.
  2. Add oregano, garlic salt, and tomato paste to the meat mixture.
  3. Spoon the meat mixture onto the biscuits.
  4. Top each with shredded sharp cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake at 450°F for 10 minutes.
